AliasXtra is a simple utility that creates single aliases documents that can open more programs, documents, folders, or URLs. Alias Xtra is fully integrated into the Mac OS X Environment. You can use it directly from Finder by clicking "Make MDA Document" item from the Services menu. AliasXtra will create a new Multiple Documents Alias file (MDA file) into your favorite location. Now if you want to use it..just a double click on it's icon! AliasXtra is not a true application as is Alias Multipler (a software by Zicksw Software): Small size (about 200Kb instead the 3Mb of Alias Multipler), 100% Cocoa! Memory usage is low... and AliasXtra is free to use! While AliasMultipler is a shareware application, Alias Xtra is donation ware! If you like it you can make a donation to the author. While AliasMultipler is a standalone heavy application, Alias Xtra will be an invisible utility, a part of your Mac OS X System. If you have some features request, bugs reports or if you want to see a new program froma your idea don't hesitate, contact the author now. Alias Xtra is donation ware. I'm a Computer Science student; if you want to support the develop of this, and other software of mine you can make a contribution. Contact me now for more information. Write as mail subject: "Support".
