i never received software to reload if i have to it tell me to put in the software you send to me and the id nu. and i do not have the disc.

I want my money back or the actual installation disc.I have been e-mailing the company for almost a month and have gotten no reply.when I wenton your web site to see if I could download it, it was automatically installed. That is not the computer I wanted to install it on. I don't have a dvd-burner on that computer. I tried to save the file to disc, but there is no installer in the folder.
Plaease refund my money immediately or send me the actual discs because I have deleted the files from my compter!!!!

i still dont have id32dig# and my new email is carlosmartinez@walla.com from cmartinez62@bellsouth.net. also i still need to cd,box,and manual that i payed for.this is for back up in case my computer crashed like it has done 2 times before and i had to reinstall everything.

i have not recieved my box with cd and manual for the 1clickdvdcopy that i payed for. i also changed my email address from cmartinez62@bellsouth.net to carlosmartinez@walla.com. i did get the 17digit# reg id but i didnot recieve the 32digit#. please help me with this problem since i am happy to have your product but i need the pacage in the box as a back up and i still havent had the opportunity to try your so called 1clickdvdcopy.

Tried free ware but encoding was a problem. Used the "FREE" 1Click DVD demo and was sold. Very simple to use and backs up my dvd movies with no hastle!
