Emia is a cross-platform command line driven POP3 / SMTP mail client. Its primary purpose is to be used as a Component for adding email capabilities to your applications and scripts. It can be used with any written language. A web-developer can use this tool to develop a complete custom webmail system like hotmail. Not only can you send mail, but retrieve mail as well!
It Comes in two flavors: Standalone EXE and Portable Java Jar Executable(JDK 1.3).
