ICU Messenger allows audio / video chat from any internet connection PC in the world in real time. It also features instant messaging, video mail, private chat rooms, picture in picture and thumbnails of each person with a webcam so you can switch between video easily. There is no limit to the amount of people allowed in a chat room and ICU Messenger is free to register and use. Chat rooms can be added by users by sending a request to tech support who then adds the chat room for them.
